We would love to have a piece of land with a river or watercourse on it. We would love to be near to waterfalls. We hope the property will have natural forest, or otherwise planted with agricultural trees.

If we are looking at inland properties, we do not want to be in a town or village - we would like to be out in nature.

Because rivers, rain, and even cloudy forests are the main desire, we are mainly interested in the areas of Syndicate, around Pond Cassé, and north of Portsmouth.

• Ideally there would be a flat spot to build a small home.

• If there is an existing home or building on the land, that is fine!

• Ideally maximum 20 minutes drive from a town or village.

• Rivers, springs, or watercourses are the biggest desire for an inland property.
